However, Advisory does not mee the threshold for compliance with the CCPA as it does not have gross annual revenue of over $25 million in the previous calendar year, does not derive any part of its annual revenue from selling or sharing consumer’s personal information, and does not buy, sell or share the personal information of 100,000 or more consumers or households.  

  • Request to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing – The CCPA allows consumers to request the ability to opt out of having their personal information sold or shared. Because Advisory’s business does not meet certain thresholds it is not required to comply with the CCPA.  
  • Advisory does not sell the personal information it obtains from the use of cookies, and does not share the information obtained from the use of cookies except as for legally-related purposes, which are exempted under the CCPA. As a result, there is nothing to opt out of. 
  • Right to Correct – The CCPA allows consumers to request that a business correct inaccurate personal information that has been collected from consumers. Because Advisory’s business does not meet certain thresholds it is not required to comply with the CCPA.  
  • Advisory does not maintain the information collected from cookies in individually identifiable records about consumers or households, so we do not have records that can be corrected. 
  • Right to Delete – The CCPA allows consumers to request that a business delete personal information that has been collected from consumers. Because Advisory’s business does not meet certain thresholds it is not required to comply with the CCPA. 
  •  Advisory does not maintain the information collected from cookies in individually identifiable records about consumers or households so there are no records to delete.  
  • Right to Know – The CCPA allows consumers to request that a business disclose what personal information it collects, uses, shares, sells and why it is collected, used, shared or sold.  Because Advisory’s business does not meet certain thresholds it is not required to comply with the CCPA.  
  • Although it is not required, this policy is intended to provide visitors to this Website with much of the information contained in a Right to Know Response. Please read the policy as it outlines the specific types of information Advisory collects from visitors to this Website, who we share information with and when/why. This this Privacy Policy is also updated to inform visitors to the Website about past disclosures, including those in the previous 12-month timeframe. 
  • Advsiory Advisory does not maintain the information collected from cookies in individually identifiable records about consumers or households, so a search of its records for individual information would be unlikely to return identifiable results. 
  • Right to Limit –  The CCPA allows consumers to request that a business limit how it uses sensitive personal information that has been collected from consumers. Because Advisory’s business does not meet certain thresholds it is not required to comply with the CCPA. 
  • Advisory does not collect sensitive personal information from its Website visitors as defined by the CCPA. Because we do not have sensitive personal information or collect it from our cookies, there is no need to request a limitation on use.
