Credit Card Ratings
Credit Cards Criteria
- Trustpilot Ratings. Trustpilot is considered reliable due to its open platform allowing a wide range of customer feedback, verification processes to confirm the authenticity of reviews, and a strong commitment to transparency.
- Rewards and Benefits. We look at the rewards programs that the credit card company offers. This includes cash back, points, miles, and how they can be redeemed. We also consider additional benefits like travel insurance, extended warranty, or concierge services.
- Company accessibility. Good company accessibility is important for sufficiently servicing customers. Are they available 24/7? What channels (phone, email, online chat) are available for support?
- Convenience. We consider how easy it is to manage your account. We look for features like online banking, mobile apps, and automatic payments.
- Financial Tools. Some companies offer tools for budgeting, tracking spending, and improving credit scores. These resources can be very helpful if you’re trying to build or maintain good financial health.
