Life Insurance Ratings
Life Insurance Criteria
- Trustpilot Ratings. Trustpilot is considered reliable due to its open platform allowing a wide range of customer feedback, verification processes to confirm the authenticity of reviews, and a strong commitment to transparency.
- Financial Stability. We research the financial strength and stability of the insurance company. This can be important for ensuring they can meet their obligations and continue to provide coverage. We use ratings from independent agencies like A.M. Best, Moody’s, Standard & Poor’s, and Fitch.
- Policy Types and Options. We look at the types of life insurance offered (term, whole, universal, etc.) and that they provide options to customize policies with riders and benefits that suit individual specific needs.
- Claims Process. We look into the insurer’s claims process. A straightforward, efficient process indicates good customer service and a commitment to promptly assisting beneficiaries.
- Company accessibility. Good company accessibility is important for sufficiently servicing customers. Are they available 24/7? What channels (phone, email, online chat) are available for support?
